Mushroom stock for Risotto

Mushroom power
60g dried Shiitake mushrooms
1500ml of water
60g dried Shiitake mushrooms
1500ml of water
- Boil the water, pour over the mushrooms and leave to soak for 10 minutes.
- Strain off the liquid.
- Use the mushroom power in f. e.g. Justin's mushroom risotto or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 14 days.
- Save the dehydrated mushrooms to make pickled mushrooms!
