Reishi / Lakk-kjuke mushroom cultivation set
Grow your own Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum), also known as Lakk-chjuke, at home with our complete Reishi mushroom growing kit!
This medicinal mushroom has been valued for thousands of years in Asia for its potential health benefits, particularly known to boost the immune system.
Now you can easily grow this impressive mushroom yourself and harvest over several rounds.
Contents of the grow kit:
Complete inoculated and fully colonized Reishi block
Ventilated grow bag for optimal growth
Detailed instructions for use with guidance for both fruiting in a bag and via "top fruiting"

How does the grow kit work?
Side fruiting (standard method):
1. Cut a hole: Cut a hole in the grow bag approximately 5-10 cm in diameter to give the mushroom room to fruit.
2. Squeeze out the air: Gently squeeze out the air from the bag to ensure proper air exchange and a moist environment.
3. Spray water: Use the spray bottle to spray water on the substrate, keeping it moist at all times.
4. Growth and harvest: After 14-30 days, the first fruiting bodies will begin to form. When the Reishi mushroom has acquired its characteristic red and shiny surface, it is ready to be harvested.
"Top Fruiting" method (fruiting from the top):
1. Cut the top of the bag: After the block is fully colonized, you can cut a small incision in the corner of the plastic bag covering the top of the substrate to expose it. This gives the mushroom oxygen from the top and thus gives the opportunity to fruit directly from the surface.
2. Keep the moisture: Spray regularly around the exposed top of the block to ensure it stays moist. Reishi will begin to grow upwards from the substrate, producing beautiful, large fruiting bodies.
3. Fruiting phase: After 14-30 days, the fruiting bodies will begin to appear. When they are ripe after 5-10 days, you can harvest them carefully by cutting them at the base.
Growing conditions for optimal fruiting:
Temperature: 10-(20)-24°C
Humidity (RH): 80-98%
CO₂ level: 500-2000 ppm
Light: At least 1000 lux
Growth phase from cut: 14-30 days
Maturation phase after the mushroom arrives: 5-10 days
Potential yield: 700-1000g, distributed over several harvests
Reishi thrives in a moist environment with good air exchange and moderate lighting. It is important to maintain humidity in the growing area to get the best possible result.

Tips for dry environments:
If the grow kit is placed in a very dry environment, such as in a new building or in winter with heated rooms, it is recommended to make a simple mini-greenhouse using a transparent bag. This will help keep the humidity at the right level.
---
After the cultivation set is empty:
When the grow kit no longer produces mushrooms, you can dig the substrate into a pallet frame or vegetable garden and cover it with about 5 cm of soil. In wet weather and plus temperatures, the substrate will have the opportunity to spread and continue to produce crops. The used substrate also acts as an excellent soil conditioner that will promote microbiological life in the soil.

Production time and storage:
We produce new batches of Reishi Super Mushroom Cultivation Kit every week. Depending on demand, the production time can vary from 1-4 weeks to ensure quality and viability.
NB: This cultivation kit contains live mushroom culture, and we recommend that you start cultivation within 1 week of receipt. Alternatively, the culture kit can be stored in a refrigerator at 1-4°C for up to 2 months. Productivity and viability can be reduced if cultivation is not started within this time frame.
*The right of withdrawal does not apply to cultivation sets.
